For many customers, the web and its associated technologies are not easily understood. Terms such as 'web hosting', 'domain name' and 'server' for example can be confusing for the uninitiated.
Sadly, many web design companies take unfair advantage in our view, and their customers can face hidden costs of which they weren't originally aware.
We aim to be as open and as transparent as possible with respect to the products and services we provide, even if that may give others a competitive advantage. We seek to explain technical concepts as clearly as we know how and unravel loop-holes where a customer could otherwise be mislead.
We hope that with this strategy we can earn the trust of our clients and be successful through offering a better product.
