Core Values

In each project we develop, we advocate five core values:

• A website should be easy to use.  Usability plays a key role in all our design work - we liken it to good customer service, which should be a positive reflection on you.
• A website should be accessible. We believe that as much as possible a user should be able to interact with your website regardless of ability. The great strength of the web lies in the openness of information, so we work to ensure our websites are accessible to all.
• A website should be organic. Unlike the printed word, the web is dynamic and interactive - continually evolving and abreast with the latest information - so why should your website be different?  We encourage you and equip you with an easy-to-use login (our content management system) to update your own website.
• A website should look great. Who said a website should be boring to be usable or accessible? We do our upmost to make websites we build stand out above the crowd and be your pride.
• A website should serve you.  At the heart of all our projects is the awareness that it is your website we are dealing with.  We work towards the web site being the perfect complement to the activities of your business or organisation. It is your ends we serve, not our own.

'Detallistas'

We aim to pay attention to the details that others forget - beit in resolving technical or creative problems, or in the service clients can expect from us. In Spanish (Tim's second language), someone who cares about the details is called a 'detallista', and this is what we aim to be in the work we do.

Quality is expected from us at every level and in this section we outline a few key areas that are important to us in what we do and in many ways we think marks us from the crowd.
